How does redemption work?
The partner is responsible for redemption for their product only. If you have a number of different offers/coupons on your necker, you are only responsible for your product.
Who will pay for print costs?
The print cost is usually the responsibility of the brand where the offer is promoted. In your case, if it is a wine product, then you will incur the costs to print the neck hangers. We have agreements in the past where partners do share in the production costs.
How is the promotion merchandised?
The brand that will promote the offer on their product is responsible for making sure that the offer is placed on the product. This could be done any number of ways depending on your executional methodologies.
How is Linear SC compensated?
We charge a partnership sourcing fee. This is Linear SC's fee for bringing partners together. There are two fee structures.
“Host”, shall mean the promotion partner requesting that we find other promotion partners. Fee is TBD.
“Guest”, shall mean participant that Linear SC identifies as a suitable partner for Host. Fee is TBD.
How do we review available partners?
We'll provide to you our Linear SC Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions allow us to exchange confidential information. It allows us to provide information to our partners or potential partners that guarantees that you will use our agency as the exclusive agency when dealing with partners that we have brought to the party.
