graph_track_performance_lscYour coupons have been distributed. Using a formal process to track your promotion's performance lets you see the true value of your coupon promotion.

  • Promotional Evaluation - Look to see how incremental sales have increased over your baseline sales. Also, calculate the return on your promotional investment in coupons.
  • Contrast Promotion with Budget - Once your coupons have been dropped and all charges have been tallied, check to see how your coupon promotion matched up to your original budget. If your numbers are off, find out where the process can be improved.
  • Redemption Assurance - Work with a manufacturer's agent to ensure the validity of coupon claims through cost controls, trade relationships and fraud detection.
  • Redemption Location - Your manufacturer's agent should be able to help you understand where your coupons are being redeemed, so that you know how your consumers are using your coupons.
